Mommy! Support Group
The goal of the Mommy! Support Group, in partnership with Eden’s Garden, is to make a meaningful impact in Stark County, Ohio, and beyond, by offering vital support to all mothers, specifically from underserved communities.
These monthly sessions are tailored for women who are either pregnant or in their first year postpartum, with an emphasis on fostering community growth and enhancing health literacy in areas such as pregnancy, childbirth, and childcare.
By creating a safe and nurturing environment, the group empowers mothers with essential knowledge and resources, equipping them to make informed decisions and navigate the challenges of motherhood.
Beyond the monthly educational sessions, the group hosts workshops that help mothers discover and pursue their divine purpose, tackling everyday challenges along the way from a biblical perspective.
We believe this initiative not only uplifts individual mothers but also strengthens the broader community by promoting well-being and informed decision-making.
Importantly, the workshops portion of our group sessions are open to all mothers, regardless of their children's ages, ensuring that every mother in the community has the opportunity to benefit from this supportive network.

DOULAZ in Christ Sponsorship Program and prenatal/postpartum DOULA services
The Rooted in Grace DOULAZ in Christ Sponsorship Program is a compassionate doula sponsorship ministry dedicated to empowering women from underserved communities.
By offering support and resources, this initiative enables these women to become trained doulas, who can then provide crucial emotional and physical support to other women within their own communities.
This program not only fosters a sense of empowerment and self-sufficiency among participants but also helps to build stronger, healthier communities by ensuring that women receive the care and support they need during pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond, and by fostering local economic development in these communities.
Rooted in Grace DOULAZ in Christ embodies a commitment to service, community, and faith, making a profound impact on the lives they serve!
Additionally, our currently trained DOULAZ offer prenatal and postpartum support in Franklin and Stark County Ohio.
